Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Odysseus Academy. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and any notices presented for a particular feature. If you do not agree, do not use that feature or the Platform.

Odysseus Academy is identified as the Platform operator without representing a particular legal form, operating entity, or registered office.

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you cannot provide meaningful consent because of age or another legal limitation, an authorized parent or guardian must be involved. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not share credentials, MFA codes, protected access grants, or non-transferable Platform authority.

Public visitors, registered Pathfinders, Ambassadors, Creator applicants, approved Creators, and administrators have different access. Registration does not grant Ambassador or Creator status. A Creator application, review, approval, activation, content approval, publication, and entitlement are distinct decisions.

Separate program or commercial agreements apply only when they are actually presented and validly accepted. Incomplete or future Ambassador or Creator materials do not silently become part of these Terms.

• Do not violate law, another person’s rights, or an applicable Platform policy.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, deceptive material, unlawful content, or material you lack authority to use.
• Do not probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or defeat authentication, access, rate-limit, file-security, entitlement, or payment controls except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Do not impersonate another person, falsify application or rights information, manipulate referrals or QR pathways, or manufacture activity, qualification, credits, commissions, reviews, or entitlements.
• Do not use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or build audiences from purchased, rented, scraped, or unauthorized lists.

You retain ownership of content you own. You grant Odysseus Academy a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, secure, scan, process, format, display, transmit, and deliver content only as reasonably necessary to operate the features you authorize, administer Platform review and publication, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, releases, and authority required for content, contributors, names, images, recordings, quotations, music, trademarks, and other third-party material you submit. You remain responsible for accurate rights and contributor information.

Uploads may be quarantined, scanned, rejected, restricted, deleted under a security lifecycle, or made unavailable. A clean security result does not establish ownership, legality, quality, approval, publication, or entitlement. Odysseus Academy may review or moderate content but does not promise to identify every harmful or infringing item.

Product, Creator plan, Production Credit, pricing, entitlement, commission, and renewal features may be prepared, limited, or unavailable. Customer payments are currently unavailable, and no public checkout should be treated as operational until Odysseus Academy expressly activates it.

If paid services are activated, the price, currency, material terms, applicable refund or reversal rules, and any third-party payment process will be presented before a transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

Referral codes, campaign links, QR tokens, attribution, qualification, and related records are governed by authoritative Platform events and program rules. They may not be sold, falsified, redirected deceptively, or used to create self-dealing, duplicate, automated, or misleading activity. Displayed projections do not override authoritative records.

The Platform software, design, brand elements, curated presentation, documentation, and Odysseus Academy materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted through an authorized feature, no right to use Odysseus Academy intellectual property is granted.

Odysseus Academy may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, rights protection, non-payment after paid services are activated, material breach, misuse, or Platform integrity. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue, subject to safety, law, and the rights of others.

Termination does not erase obligations or authoritative records that reasonably need to survive, including rights, security, transaction, audit, dispute, and enforcement records.

The Platform is evolving. Features may be added, changed, paused, or withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, that every item will be accepted or published, or that participation will produce a particular educational, commercial, audience, or economic result.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Mandatory warranties and consumer protections remain unaffected.

You are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful content, material breach, infringement, fraud, or deliberate misuse, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any indemnity is limited to third-party claims arising from those matters and does not apply to the extent caused by Odysseus Academy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Odysseus Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the Platform. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of Odysseus Academy and to the user, including any mandatory consumer-protection laws. Odysseus Academy may update this provision after establishing its operating legal entity and jurisdiction, with notice where required.

Please contact Support first so concerns can be reviewed. Nothing here prevents either party from using a court, regulator, or dispute process available under mandatory applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the Platform or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
